Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your ZEHRAT account. Once logged in, navigate to the Order History or Purchase History section, where you can find and download your sales receipt for each order. Additionally, a copy of your receipt is emailed to you after completing a purchase.

How can I return an item?

To return an item to Zehrat, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Zehrat account.
  2. Go to the Order History section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on Request a Return and follow the instructions provided.
  4. Package the item securely and use the return label provided.
  5. Ship the item back to us.

Once we receive the item, we'll process your return or exchange as per our policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes,  we strive to restock items that are indicated as "out of stock." If you’re interested in a specific item, you can sign up for notifications on the product page, and we'll alert you when it becomes available again. Thank you for your patience!
