Since perfumes are personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

However, we do offer returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product is missing from your order

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear proof (unboxing video or images).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Zehrat reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the policy conditions
