It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Zehrat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

In some cases, delivery may require a signature or verification upon receipt. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility.

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof (such as photos) so we can assist you.
