Zehrat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof (such as photos) so we can assist you.
